Wine Walk is Back!

The Downtown San Mateo Association invites you to participate in our 16th Wine Walk to be held Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

In addition to promoting our downtown, the Wine Walk is a fundraiser for other “family-friendly,” free community events like the Halloween Fun Fest and Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony. This event has great marketing opportunities to showcase your company, products and community involvement.

Our marketing includes the event web page, targeted internet content to the wine and food enthusiasts, extensive print media advertising, cable television spots, direct mail, event posters, flyer distribution and a public relations effort that encompasses all of the Bay Area. Your sponsorship will be featured in some or all of our marketing materials as well as being featured on www.winewalk.org with links to your own homepage.

In addition to representation in our marketing materials, depending on your sponsorship level, the event can present your organization to our community in the form of your logo appearing on our wine glasses, a banner at our stage area as the stage presenter, on the wristband each guest will wear, on the commemorative shirts our volunteers and staff will be wearing, or visors attendees and volunteers will be wearing, as well as other prime locations. You will also be recognized in our official program guide and have advertising opportunities within the guide. Please review the attached sponsorship outline for specific sponsorship level benefits.
